The initial idea that l had with this model wasabout the distribution of flaps for wings. l hadthe idea since 2004, with which i made a trial modellin 2010. With some adjustment on the structure andshaping.l made a version for diagramming in 2016.When l draw diagrams for folding. l alwaysrearrange the structure along with folding steps.Forthis model.l made folding steps for legs morellogical and easier by adjusting the placement ofnecessary flaps.The earlier versions involved moreweight on shaping than folding out legs.However,the structure became more complex with morepleated areas. which made the model harder to fold.This also produced more folding steps (anddiagrams).Trying to be precise often end up withhaving a more complax structure.
Legs are with thick clusters of paper.Use thinpaper, and be precise in the initial creasing steps.
